Had coffee with a tsp of coconut oil, banana and hard boiled egg.
For lunch I had leftover roasted chicken, another hard boiled egg, carrot sticks, nectarine and a pair.
For dinner we had pork, scalloped potatoes (mine without dairy) and haricotverts.
